We purchased a couch and a table tonight and it was effortless! They have a beautiful selection and the prices are really good. We had Melissa as our saleswoman and she was wonderful. Kept her distance as to not drive us nuts but was within reach if we had questions. We found exactly what we were looking for in no time. I originally had a great experience picking out the perfect dining room and living room set. After getting the dining room set into our home we discovered they gave us the wrong dining room table. Instead of delivering the correct table, they would not correct their mistake. I would not recommend them.
We are returning customers because their team goes out of their way to assist. This time Nick and Lesa went out of their way to help find a new lift chair for my father. Thank you again!
Recently just purchased furniture for new apartment only to find out that bed bugs were infested inside of the headboard. After making the store aware of this I was told we need to prove it, the fact that they were an abundance of them found in such a short time frame shows that they had to have been from the furniture. We had an excellent experience at Total Furniture. We had been looking for a dining room table that expanded to more than 90' that WASN'T 'farmhouse style'. We walked in and found our dream table within minutes. The saleswoman was wonderful. Helpful but not pushy and gave us privacy at the exact times we needed! 5/5 Would recommend to anyone!
