I cannot say enough good things about this company. The whole crew was outstanding. They worked extremely hard, and were very accommodating with the challenges that the job presented. The pricing was very fair, and I am completely satisfied with the job they did. I highly recommend them.
I needed to have a therapy pool filled, as it was no longer functional and I wanted to be able to use the room for other things. Total Foundation Solutions did great work at a very reasonable price. They are professional and customer-oriented. I would highly recommend them for any foundation work you might need.
In June 2024, Total Foundation Solutions fixed a segment of my front sidewalk that was being lifted to an unsafe level by a tree in my parking strip. They dug out the roots and replaced two large cement slabs. My sidewalk situation STRESSED me out, and now a huge weight has been lifted. The team was professional, efficient, and offered clear explanations every step of the way through this project. I recommend them every chance I get, and they will be my first call for any future sidewalk, cement, and foundation needs.
Tom (in Edinboro) was fantastic, patient with me being pokey, and all the guys that showed up on the crew were polite and cheerful even in sub zero temps. Unable to level multiple sidewalk pads leaving variances of 3+ inches. Their “discount“ they gave me due to the unsafe walk was hardly enough to cover new concrete to mix and pour myself. And was told the discount was the price they charge to raise per square foot, which was inaccurate across the project. Was promised all of the foam stains everywhere on my driveway would be cleaned up next visit, but then was told that was not the case upon follow up, and that they “should” eventually disappear.
