I've been coming to this office for months now. I still don't have any answers to my situation ( Broken toe). I wanted help, but I didn't receive any. My toe was broken July 25'...I'm just receiving a boot to walk in Nov. 25'. I have ingrown toenail associated with my broken toe. 8 have nail polisha on my toe and was to go have the polish removed at a nail salon. My question is... I’ve been trying to get scheduled with your office since the 19th and have been meet with a bunch of rude employees!! Between my Dr office and myself we’ve faxed the order and auth 5 times including again today! Everytime you call Mike say you can’t speak with a supervisor. Definitely won’t be referring anyone here!
I was there for my regularly scheduled appointment. I presented my credit card for my copayment and was informed there are now extra fees for card payments. I protested and walked out. You should too, as this is unacceptable. Next they may charge additional fees for using their restroom or to cover the cost of air-conditioning the office.
Dr.Monter is great. Very knowledgeable and professional. His staff are very helpful and professional.
