I would not recommend! The office staff is VERY rude and does not appear to know what they're doing. The guy before me was supposed to have an appt, but they weren't able to locate any information for him. I waited 30 mins to check in and then they didn't have an appt scheduled for me. Furthermore, they told me my insurance wasn't valid, which it is...
Dr. Monter has tended to my needs for quite some time. His care is excellent. Always a friendly greeting, listens to my concerns, and speaks with kindness and professionalism. His staff also greets incoming patients with a smile, kindness and care. I do, and have, recommend His practice.
All they care about billing appointments
Had anxiety about going, but everyone is so friendly. The doctor was awesome. He explained everything to me and made it easier to understand. He also kept asking if I had questions, which was so thoughtful. Most docs just want you in and out. Thankful to find them.
