While this practice provided great care for the first 6 years of my time here, the recent transition to a new doctor has been incredibly frustrating. I am currently on my third consecutive order of incorrect orthotics. At my last appointment three weeks ago, I sat down with the new doctor and showed him my current pair, making it 100% clear that I require half-orthotics. After waiting three weeks for delivery, they still arrived completely wrong. I don’t understand how a direct, visual explanation can be so completely missed... read more
Dr. Jeff Steinberg is awesome treating gout in the toes.
The staff was all very nice but I didn’t get much resolved. made an appointment to see what was going on with my foot only to get told their was nothing that they could do and I would have to go see an orthopedic specialist…. I understand but 200 for the doctor to just look at my foot for approx 5 minutes is not okay … I feel consults should be at-least $50. Just to triage and anything else additional cost.
