I was seen on time for my appointment. The initial procedures were conducted thoroughly and efficiently by a staff member. These "preliminaries" included a vision test, measure of pressure related to the cornea, drops for pupil dilation, peripheral vision testing, x-rays for internal eye issues related to the optic nerve, etc. The examinatin continuedI with a one-on-one debriefing with Dr. McQueen He interpreted the current findings and compared them to my eye health of the previous 1, 3 and 10 years. My eye concerns were dealt with competently and efficiently. The results of the eye tests were immediately addressed by the optometrist. Everyone was one time.
All staff were professional and explained things clearly. Office is well equipped.
I've been coming to Total Focus for years because of the great staff and doctors there. Very friendly and helpful, they are accomidating when a situation arrives, and they stock great options for glasses with quick turnaround for prescription eyewear.
As always great service from everyone and Dr McQueen is the best.
