Super nice sales people who do not stand behind their products!!After 3 years our floors from them are discoloring/bubbling and they say that the many problem spots must have been spilled on or had plants on them-neither true-DO NOT USE THEM!

I will give a “no star” if possible. Beware here… you cannot return anything. They have this statement in the contract that says “there no returns in special orders” but… what they do not tell you is that FOR THEM EVERYTHING YOU BUY IS A “SPECIAL ORDER”. Something that they do not explain when you buy at the store. We called to cancel an order that we were supposed to pick it up today. There is no way you can cancel it. We bought our flooring here and it is in our house, in an area that is 1000 square feet. They are all warping. It is a mess. We asked for help from this company and got no where. I would not recommend them at all.
