Bad service, the online portal doesn't work. You can speak to the doctor directly, scheduling an appointment that works for your schedule is difficult. It took over a week to receive a doctors note for my child's session.

Sometimes it is hard to get ahold of staff, and starting out here wasn’t the easiest, but all the more worth it. I’ve been seeing therapists and a psychiatrist through family solutions for I’d say 2 years now, and once you’re hooked up with the right people things do start to actually come together. Trust the process. It’s hard to be patient when your mental health is on the fritz, but family solutions has proved to be worth sticking to.

My regular therapist is great! However the doctor who prescribes medicine, Mr. Mathias O. Ologbosele, was extremely rude to me. I wanted to go out on a limp and Finaly get medicine for my anxiety.. This was our first interaction and I do not feel comfortable speaking with him again. I did not have good service but you could tell he was already aggravated when he logged on. I’m not sure what kind of day he was having but that kind of treatment towards me was unnecessary :(

The staff is caring, friendly, and kind. Our family has used Caroline, Hailey, and Stephanie. All 3 counselors have been invested in and helped our family. Thank you!!!
