I've visited Steven's office several times over the last year. The receptionist was extremely friendly, scheduling was easy and would definitely recommend.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Sheiner is the best! Thorough vision exam , large selection of glasses and great staff. Good with scheduling, and available for emergencies. Worked with my insurance and helped me with rebates on my contacts. Highly recommend. I’m a healthcare professional and this is where my kids and I go for vision care .

I have been going to Total Family eye care for years now and they are wonderful. They always get you in when needed and so helpful when you have questions as well.
We booked an appt for our 4 year old son online, traveling all the way from the Bahamas. We get there for his appt and the rather rude lady at the front desk ask how old my son was, I responded with 4. She said they only take kids starting at age 6, fine. What was the purpose of filling out the paperwork online with the birthdate?!!! I asked the lady at the front desk and she responded with “I didn’t look at the form”.... disappointed
Embarrassingly, I had never really been to the eye doctor before. I made an appointment after noticing a little trouble with my vision while working on my computer. The staff is fantastic. Dr. Sheiner might be the nicest doctor I've ever met. Turns out I need glasses, which I expected. However, after I opted to take his retinal scan, which did cost $40.00 but was WELL WORTH IT, I found out I actually have a hole in my retina.
