Be careful when going here. First the staff is very polite and great but I got quotes for a years worth of contacts then when I ordered them and went to pick them up it was $130 more then they quoted me and say the could only give me $75 credit in store then they told me there was a $200 rebate and it's not a true rebate it's a reward system. Just make sure you are aware when you shop here
I think the staff is fantastic and had actually recommended your clinic to several people. My issue came when picking up the contacts ordered by your office. I had a written quote that stated the cost of the contacts. When picking them up, I was told the quote was wrong and the cost was an additional $200. I was disappointed that the written quote meant nothing and was not honored. Although the staff was still very friendly, this wasn’t the level of customer service I experienced on my first visit.
Total Family Eye Care has the most helpful staff and are always on time with my appointment. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to insurance coverage questions!
It is always a pleasurable experience going to Total Family Eyecare. They are so knowledgeable and make it easy to understand what the health of your eyes are and if you need glasses or contacts they will make sure you are completely satisfied. Have sent and will continue to recommend anyone I know to them.

Excellent and knowledgable staff! Made me feel like no question was to "stupid". And I had lots of questions! I understand so much more than I ever have with other Drs and I've lived through dry eye, lazik, contacts, and glasses! I highly recommend!
