The first couple of times I saw Lilia. She was fine. I had an appt on 8/14 and after the initial taking blood pressure and temperature, I was directed to wait in a room. No one showed for so long because they forgot I was there. The Doctor finally showed, did nothing but review lab work. Never even listened to my heart or ask any relevant questions. Looking for new Dr.
Lilia is seriously the best! Heard my concerns and was not rushed, compassionate, knowledgeable and very professional. I recommend!
This place is incredibly unprofessional! It started in the waiting room where there's a big screen with the volume screaming loud. so the reception staff can watch instead of actually doing their job. That stellar professionalism follotw through it to the exam room.where in came this that can only be referred to as bougie and dismissive. young man who was way more concerned about telling people he was a professional instead of being professional. So, no! I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.
You can tell that the team here really cares about their patients. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and respect. The providers are thorough and take time to explain your health in a way you can understand. It's a clinic you can trust.
