Always easy to get an appointment, Lillia is always an absolute delight, and I love the staff
I had a very frustrating experience with this office. While Dr. Lilia was kind and professional, the overall management of the office is extremely disorganized. Follow-up care is poor, and it’s very difficult to see the same doctor consistently. The experience feels more like a walk-in urgent care than a practice focused on ongoing, personalized care. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt far from friendly or welcoming—something that is especially important in a medical setting where patients already feel vulnerable. Huge thank you to the entire staff and especially Provider Kane for helping my aunt on such short notice! We were able to get an appointment last minute, and they went above and beyond to squeeze her in for an emergency consult. What made it even better is that they accepted her insurance—something other providers didn’t offer. Truly appreciate the care, flexibility, and support!
