First of all, I don't have problems with the NP I saw. She was very nice. The desk staff is the issue. The initial greeting when I was checking in was cold and dismissive. Whatever, maybe she's having a bad day. But when I finished my appointment, a different lady I was sent to to reschedule the next appointment was completely uninterested in talking to me about setting things up.
