Although I did enjoy going here and I didn’t have to pay a co-pay, I’m really frustrated because after a long time they finally convince me to have allergy testing. I made an appt for May and call them today to confirm the time. Receptionist informed me oh they’ve stopped allergy testing. She said The clinic postponed allergy testing because the lady that does it is going on vacation. Unbelievable! Why not just say she quit and hire else. Stop giving wrong information and promises that you cannot deliver.
I have been going to this clinic for about 3 years now. The reason I go is because it is close to my job, it is clean, I like the physician, and with my insurance my copay is zero. But I do have a problem with how they make appointments. I have made several appointments online with Zocdoc and the clinic will cancel my appointment the day before. I love the fact that I can get all my immunizations here. The nurses are very good at hitting my veins - quick and painless, and are always very cordial as are the doctors. Getting a referral is another matter... 48 hours (not including Saturday) is what they require to get this done... you'll bite your nails if you're counting on it that 48 hours.
It has changed alot since I first started going there. Can't get Saturday appointments anymore because they base your appointments on what type of insurance you carry. So for example if you have bluecross blueshield you can only be seen on like tuesdays and thursdays. I have moved on to another doctor.
