A big shout-out to Lynn and her outstanding staff. They gave the best optical customer service. They make you feel special and are willing to work with you and all your needs in order to provide you with fast customer care. They have any brand you want including Oakley, Nike, Ray-Ban, and Michael Kors- You name it, they have it!
Lynn has always been so helpful and nice goes out of her way to help us find our daughter the glasses she loves!
They were quickly able to set up an appointment for me and I had a pair of glasses within a week! Very nice group of people who helped explain everything and helped me pick out a pair that fit nicely to my face. It was a great experience for my first time needed glasses and it makes such a difference now!
We have had great experiences over the years with Total Eyewear! They have the best selection of frames here in Brookings and the very best service! Lynn works around the clock to make sure their clients are well taken care of! I pop in all the time unannounced for a frame adjustment etc and they always help me right away! ❤️ Total Eyewear!
When we first started going to Total Eyewear we were very impressed. In the last few years, things have gone completely downhill to the point my family will never set foot in that office again. In the last year, Lynn has on multiple occasions refused to give my family OUR prescriptions, tried to schedule my 3-year-old an appointment when she was just seen a few months ago, told my grandmother that they were unable to reuse her frames but when questions could give no reason why, and now has gone back on her agreement with my ... read more
The doctor is great- however the main woman working is not. She’s very pushy when she knows what good insurance and HSA contributions you have from your employer are. My lenses weren’t working for me, called twice and she kept telling me to just keep wearing them, it will get better. I ended up putting them up and the following year went elsewhere and got a prescription that worked better, didn’t need to keep dealing with headaches to get used to these.
