Dr. Semmel and his staff (Maria & Larry) provide their customers with: thorough eye examinations, a wide assortment of designer frames and excellent customer service - in a friendly, professional atmosphere. I would highly recommend Total Eye Care and Dr. Semmel without reservation.
Pleasant and spacious shop The shop is pleasant, a large open area. Friendly but not very professional. I was fitted for my glasses standing in the middle of the store. The attendent did point out a nice pair of frames that I probably would not have found. PROS: Good Location CONS: Staff may need some training
Semmel William Od - Total Eye Care best place in the lehigh valley I have used Dr Semmel for my eye care long before he moved to this location. I find him and his staff pleasant and knowledgeable. They have a large selection eye wear including the latest styles and are very patient allowing you plenty of time to find the best for you. They work with you and your insurance to help you find the best fit and price. I have had nothing but excellent and professional care from them and recommend them to anyone needing eye care.
I have been going here for years and it is a wonderful practice. Dr. Semmel is very knowledgeable and approachable. I recently was concerned about a problem with my vision and called in to the office with my complaint. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Semmel called me to discuss and answered all of my questions. Definitely what I am looking for in an eye care facility!
