Had my septic tank pumped today and the technician, James, was very thorough and professional. I appreciate his tips on properly maintaining the system. Needed 220 feet of hose which was provided at no additional charge, whereas other companies provide 150 feet and charge for additional length. Overall it was excellent job and I highly recommend them.
I call this company 3 months after they came to clean my septic, i explained on the phone that septic was backing up and i need it answers since it was drain just 3 months ago by them. They send a technician and charge me $125 to tell me the system is backing up, (service call) I KNEW THAT!! instead of having a truck ready to drain the system they set up an appointment for a different day to drain the septic , another $280 and check for a filter (they don't know if a septic tank build in 1986 have a filter or not, i believe ... read more
