I'm a new patient for Dr. George. The front desk staff is very organized, proficient and very friendly! Dr. George and his assistant was very professional and down to earth. Couldn't have asked for anyone sweeter than his assistant, she took very good care of me. Despite the discomfort that comes with a tooth extraction. They were both gentle and understanding. This dentist office was great the times i have been. But will be taking my business else where. Yes i did not call before hand to cancel my appointment, but when your son is throwing up at 3:30 in the morning the same day you have that appointment scheduled you don't think about calling and canceling an appointment. Then to have them call you and tell you that you wasted appointment time and that I would be charged for not showing up is ridiculous.
