So we experienced the customer service benefits of having an owner /operator involved in our job. Total and Kevin Jackson successfully completed our steep roof replace from hail damage and our garage flat roof that had leaked for many years. Very Impressed with these guys. They came in and removed a support wall separating the living room from the kitchen and replaced it with a header. We get many compliments on how this opened up the area. I would DEFINITELY hire TOTAL Construction again.
I loveTotal Construction Services!! I called them because I needed new gutters & wanted to add gutter guards on my house. They set up an appointment the same day I called in, and then a two man crew came out the following week. They measured and cut the new gutters right in my back yard. They also cut down several large branches that were hanging over the roof, and didn't even charge me for that service. They did the job quickly and cleaned up everything. I would recommend this company. The job was completed in a timely manner and I enjoyed working with an efficient staff.
I keep Total's phone number handy at all times. They've helped me on so many different occasions. I chose Total to roof our house after storm damage, and chose them again for a number of smaller jobs, from laying tile to plaster repair. We had a wonderful experience using Total Construction! They showed up on time and were very professional. Rod went above and beyond and fixed a couple of things that were not even on the like but he wanted to make sure he did the best job for us he possibly could do. Our job was a small, one-day job but it was done very well, beginning to end! Would highly recommend Total Construction.

Total Construction Services Inc is the worst company I ever dealt! Did some subcontracting for them they paid they paid me for 3 smaller jobs but took forever ever to get the next job was much larger but got done in said time frame the customer was very happy with the work I did and I also repaired Totals botched work they did on this house which took an extra day of which was approved by them. They also ask me to repair and Total Construction wouldn't pay me because they said they didn't approve the extra work, so I told th... read more
