I worked with the team at Total Concept Development on a community engagement project for Canary Lofts. The team was genuine in wanting to hear from the community and neighbours about the proposed development, and took any concerns to heart into their planning. It was a pleasure working in collaboration with Sheila, Shaun, and the others who really care about creating quality developments that align and elevate a neighbourhood.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY or TRI CITY CANADA. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. The owner Casey Vandongen (who also owns Tri City Canada) owes my company for work we performed. He refuses to pay and does not give a reason other than saying " I just hoped that you would go away". Disgraceful !
