Owner Matt was compassionate enough during a recent heat wave to agree to service my heat pump (a.c), even though his company did not install the unit (I did not yet know of his company at the time of purchase). HVAC technician Chris (with helper Nate) arrived and I am pleased to say that he patiently diagnosed the relevant problem. This very thorough and knowledgable service call led to the proper part now on order, and the "boys" should be back next week. Kudos to the company for efficiency and service.

Total Comfort Services updated our very old Slant-Fin oil boiler to a more efficient Wall-Hung Condensing Boiler that can run on natural gas or propane. Got a referral for Total Comfort Services (division of Haley's Metal Shop in Biddeford). They updated our 1958 Ranch all to code with very efficient and clean install. 1. Wanted to quickly share how please we are with the installation of a 40 gallon indirect water tank. The team from Total Comfort were on time, courteous, explained everything and cleaned up when they were done. 5 star experience!
