Ive been a customer for a while and I always get great service. However when a SIMPLE thing like a phone call or text measage to advise that the technician will be late due to a earlier job issue OR an APOLOGY when a call is finally made to advise that the technician will be late ALWAYS GOES A LONG WAY AND PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER WITH A FEELING THAT TOTAL COMFORT VALUES THE CUSTOMER NO MATTER THE SCOPE OF THE JOB. I HOPE THAT SOMEONE WHO CARES WILL READ THIS AND SHARES IT. Thank you.
