This is also the company that did not install the unit properly, so when the heat wave hit and we had to turn on the a/c, it didn't work. The outside unit just hummed, but the motor was not working. BEWARE! Do not trust this company. our AC stopped working and so when the technician came out he was polite and did fix our AC. However, the cost was high and so we were only able to pay half and decided to use their finance company to finance the rest. 3weeks later we received a notice from Total Comfort threatening to put a lien on our house. now we are stuck paying all the legal fees for their mistake! poor customer service. Please be careful if you decide to use this contractor.
