Far surpassed my expectations!!!! I had very low expectations going into my appt. I have a home warranty and have worked with a half a dozen hvac companies the past few years. One visit left me with wires hanging from the ceiling leading to the furnace wrapped in electrical tape. That was fun to dodge when i needed something in the storage room. We needed a furnace replaced and looked for and found Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning LLC. They were the fourth ones we talked to about price and service after the sale. We were impressed by the way they explained everything to us in a respectif manner. We are in our eighties and still understand business. We are happy with our choice. They were the best we found.
I had Patrick come out on the 4th of July weekend and he was very professional and helped me get the house cooled without breaking the bank. I definitely recommend Total Comfort. Fast and affordable.
Tom, came and gave us a fair quote and his team were punctual and professional. I had been given several overpriced quotes before Tom’s. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Pur A/C Unit was not running properly nor cooling. We called in the evening and was informed we would get a call the next day. Not ONLY did we get a call the next morning, we received a call that day confirming a tech will be by 1-4pm. The tech arrived at 2pm and was finished by 2:30pm. We have used this compnay for many years & have NEVER been disappointed.
