One of their employees was incredibly rude and verbally abusive to me in my business while he was attempting to install an AC unit. He tried to intimidate me by getting in my face and then refused to tell me his name when I called his supervisor. I would not feel safe with this individual in my home or business. I had to tell him to leave the premises midway through the job. The company immediately sent out another employee to finish the job and the business owner was very apologetic about the whole incident.

I highly recommend Total Heating and Air!! Very knowledgeable up front with price and explain all components to the issue we were having! Thank you Larry for the education on HVAC so we can keep our systems clean and running efficiently!
Just had a good experience with Total Comfort. Needed a new hvac system and they got mine installed fast. It was a bigger job than anticipated and the techs were fast, polite, prompt and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. ��
Excellent and speedy service. Had a tech out the same day to check the cause of the problem. Oddie found this issue with no problems and zero hassle, recommending the best course of action. We were able to get scheduled for a coil replacement less than a week later. Tommy came out and made the swap, also zero hassles. Professional work, quality parts and a great price. We couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be utilizing Total Comfort again in the future.
