Knowledgable and reasonable. The tech who came to our house did a good job.
I needed someone to fix all the GFCI for a closing on a house and needed it done quickly so as not to hold up closing. John Steele with Total Comfort called me literally, within two minutes of signing up with ServiceMagic--I was writing down their recommended companies when he called. He came out the same day I requested service. He was prompt, friendly, efficient and very fair in his pricing. I would highly recommend him and his company. He was excellent!!
REPAIR WAS MADE BUT WORK WAS DONE VERY VERY SLOW. OVERALL COST WAS MUCH MUCH TO HIGH. I THINK THE REPAIR GUY WAS GOOD BUT I WOULD PROBABLY LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE COST WAS TOO HIGH.
