Total comfort replaced my unit . Tony was friendly and professional, helpful. Explained everything that would happen and what we could expect. The receptionist that answered the phone was professional and helped me with all my questions. The two guys that came to do all the work, were professional, helpful, answered all my sons questions with respect.They cleaned up afterwards. A great experience, Thanks everyone involved.
I was getting quotes for A/C for my 1000 sf detached garage. i had a troublesome 18K btu mini-split I wanted replaced. Had several quotes/ideas but the best by far came from Ted, the rep with Total Comfort! I had his idea, replace the mini with a regular home 2.5ton home unit, quoted from 2 sources. His quote was 20% less than my current home ac contractor, with WAY better delivery time. Tony and Dalton just completed a wonderful job of replacing our AC unit including the complicated job of replacing ductwork (runs underneath the house) that was soaked in both Helene and Milton. Their bid for the job was about 1/3 of the other bid I received. They always arrived a little early, worked hard and efficiently and completed the job ahead of schedule. Josh is super!!!!!!!!!!! As always Sam is the best. This company gives terrific service at competitive prices. Always professional. To update my previous review: just a a minor repair for a part that failed due to normal wear and tear. Josh and his technicians are totally awesome. I very highly recommend the outstanding company! Their maintenance program is terrific.
