If I could give zero stars I would. Had someone come to take measurements for an estimate 2 weeks ago. They told me they had 2 installers quit and wouldn’t be able to get me on the schedule for over a month. I told them that wasn’t a problem and was willing to wait and still wanted the estimate. It’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t even have numbers. Now they aren’t returning phone calls.

Highly recommend- these are great people. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. We chose Total Climate Control to install our new HVAC unit after they services our old (actually, ancient) system several times. I am so grateful to them for all of their hard work and patience. They always make an effort to get out ASAP when needed. I will continue to utilize this company for years to come.
