The practice cancelled my appointment without contacting me - no courtesy call, nothing. Luckily I logged in to hotdoc to check the appointment before I wasted a trip, but the telephone number advertised in Hotdoc was disconnected. When I finally found a working phone number and called to find out what happened, the receptionist just couldn’t care less. Bizarre, because this practice has been spamming marketing text messages lately, telling us there are appointments available and to book now.
All of our Family have been attending Total Care for over 20yrs. Very good drs. Although we cannot help having a favourite, Dr Chung. The last 2 days, the phone number is not connecting? Is the clinic still open? I've tried ringing on dates, 16th and 17th October 2024? I arranged for a phone appointment, on Monday 21st Oct 2024 at 12.30pm. So far no Dr has rang me? The phone is never answered. I'm considering going to the clinic in Karingal, where Totalcare used to be.
Dr Farzaneh is one of the nicest doctors I’ve met. She is very professional and she takes time to listen and she talks you through all the relevant information regarding your visit. But for me the nicest part was the time and effort she puts on patient education. Great patient centred care. Highly recommended
