Dr. Shaw is absolutely great — no complaints there. But the Philippine receptionist? Easily one of the rudest and most arrogant people I’ve ever met in a clinic. She acts like she owns a billion-dollar medical empire instead of a small front desk. I’ve seen her talk down to patients and roll her eyes more times than I can count. She’s misbehaved with me personally several times, and it’s shocking how little professionalism or basic manners she has.
