I have been using Total Care for over a year now and been very pleased with the service. I recommend Total Care to everyone. In fact, I paid for my daughter-in-laws house to be cleaned by them as a birthday gift. She loved the service she received as well. I've been using Total Care for 4 to 5 years and am very pleased when I've had certain cleaners. Some are not quite as attentive to my requests, (usually the younger, less experienced workers) but the very best one is Rhonda, who has been my regular cleaner now for 4 years after I specifically requested her.
