First, please note that the most serious reviews are over a decade old. I originally didn’t contact this practice because of those reviews. But I’m taking up your time to let you know the initial visit and subsequent contact with the staff has been nothing like those few one star reviews. And we all know due to HIPPA the practice can’t respond. I started going to this practice in 2010 to see Rick and everything was great back then. In 2014 one of the female NPs gave me a blackbox med for what she suspected was a UTI (bloody urine). Due to the med I had tendons rupture, and the UTI turned out to be kidney stones. After this I left but multiple family members continue going to this office. Most recently the famale NP they see (I believe it's the same one that I saw) started spreading conspiracy theories about the vaccine and because of this my family members ended up... read more
I loved everyone there. They were great to me from day one.
I see Dr. Pamela Ward and she is outstanding. She listens, does everything she can to help, and doesnt make me feel less of a person when I have silly questions. I 100% reccomend.
