I visited this facility for the first time today. It will DEFINITELY be my last. Upon check in, my presence was not acknowledged. There were two receptionists at the front desk. When one of the receptionists finally acknowledged me, she rudely asked me what I needed, as if I were getting on her nerves. She then rudely asked me, “Why do you need to see the Dr. and what type of insurance do you have?” Her attitude and tone were so nasty, I was taken aback. Dr B and staff are outstanding!! The best care for the whole body, Dr B and his staff always make my visit personal and caring and I leave there feeling better even when I actually feel bad!!!!
They are very good people and they will give you what you need
I went here today....a Saturday. My son and I got there @ 1045am. It took them 30 mins to bring us to a room but another 45 mins before the doctor came back. She sat and did alot of talking...like she didn't know what to do. They sent me to the lab for blood work but the tech did not know what she was doing. In my 37 years I've never had a very painful experience! And she couldn't even get any blood so that makes me think she missed my vein!
