I had an upper plate for 3 - 4 it fit like a glove. Then I went to Innovative to get 6-8 lower teeth pulled. I got new dentures (including uppers because I wanted them to match). I have had nothing but problems. I have a tender spot on my lower gum where I didn't have teeth before (??). I finally got a partial refund, but now I'm stuck with teeth that STILL hurt my mouth and I can't afford new ones. Yes, the place is high class, but I figured money is money. Been a patient since 2017 and dont believe the good reviews...they have never filed a complaint and I have. Its been in GRANT OLSON, DDS email for almost a month. They do not care about your complaints, nor do they want to hear about them. I had to call almost a month latter to get an update on my complaint and they told me its still in his email box. Their response is silence and he's the owner of the business....very unprofessional! I have called multiple time and get forwarded to the patient cordinator and receive nothing... read more

I am tired of how Innovative Dental treats me when I have a veneer pop-off. Some of my veneers do not stay on. I have done everything Dr. Olsen has asked me to do. I had a veneer put back on around June and it was off in 4 1/2 hours. I believe the person that put it on doesn't know what she is doing. Anytime one gets put on by her it comes off. I had to come back and it was put on by another person and so far it has stayed. I paid for both when they were each done. July 27th another veneer came off. I paid for it then. I rec... read more

I always have a positive experience at Wake Dental Care. I've had a few tooth emergencies and I count on Wake Dental Care to keep my best interests as their patient at heart. They have consistently gone above and beyond to provide me the care I need.

I saw Dr. Bohn for the first time today. I have major anxiety about going to the dentist and the office staff and Dr. Bohn made me feel so at ease. They were very thorough and explained everything to me in a thoughtful and supportive way. I need to go back for two more visits and I know they will take excellent care of me.
