We had a rocky start with Total Care, but everything has worked out excellently. Jas, the scheduler, has been phenomenal and consistently exceeds expectations with her responsiveness and organization. I also want to recognize Samantha, RN, for her professionalism, helpfulness, and prompt communication — she has been wonderful to work with.
