Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Dr Damon Jackson hung up on my pharmacist, telling him that he was wasting his time. The pharmacist needed clarification on Dr Jacksons hand written prescription. It's heart medication, not something you want to get wrong. Dr Damon Jackson was happy to charge $270 yesterday for a 15 minute consultation, and then treat patients and pharmacists like this the next day. I am shocked, and very upset. A recent concern brought me into contact with Olivier Van Den Brink and Justin Cole who have both been excellent; in their information delivery but no BS approach to their care. I'm in the field myself and saw it from the perspective of a patient this time. I appreciate their expedient care and thoroughness (and their working on a Sunday!) . Patients are in good hands with this service. Hats off too to Sahar (I hope I spelt that correctly) who guided me through the process and just did the job well.
My mother has been seeing Dr Damon Jackson for a number of years now, and as English is her second language my brother or I always attend her appointments. Damon has the most amazing bedside manner, he is caring, supportive and he is very patient with our mother. Damon is very professional and clear in the advice he gives. The staff at TCC in Frankston are also very professional and helpful. We are very grateful to Damon and his team.
