Excellent services, replied to phone calls promptly .After diagnostic of issue of Fan Coil problem,give a cost estimate. Came back with required piece and completed the repair. Polite and efficient staff.
Crooks - Stay Away from these people. Total Building Maintenance have subcontracted us only to complete a project, and not payed for the work completed. Steve Trandovski will try to get you through the project and than would not return any calls. Their office is a PO Box. The building listed for address is not occupied, just a PO Box in front of the building. I have seen the setup before. I know what they are up to.
