We are fortunate to have TBTW in Lillington. It’s hard to pick a favorite staff member because they are all so good. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional. I certainly know that they have helped me and I’ve never heard anyone say they weren’t pleased at the end of their sessions. Many thanks to a well trained and well organized therapy center.
All the staff is excellent! They really care about you and your needs. Never had to wait over 5 minutes. My pain levels are down from an 8/9 to 5/6. I would definitely recommend TBTW to anyone!

When I used them, they were ok. You do not always work with the therapist directly as they would have you work with a therapy assistant. While the assistant may have training, when you prefer to work only with the therapist, this high volume therapy practice doesn’t operate to allow direct therapy from the therapist. And, I do not recall ever getting a complete 1 hour appointment. The people are great here, the services are very on point and they really help to keep my fibromyalgia in check.

You have an awesome group of people to do what you all did for those girls yesterday for the prom dress give away. I was so honored to be a part of it. I really enjoyed working with everyone. Can't wait to do it again next year.
I am a patient at total body therapy and wellness and it's an awesome, amazing place to go to get therapy. The owner Sara isn't just the owner she is also a very easy nice and wonderful person to talk to about your health issues. She also is a hands on person, she help with patients she comes in and help the patients with their therapy.
