Total Body is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever been to! The front desk staff are friendly, organized and competent. They offer a plethora of treatment options for my knee that I had never heard yet are working wonderfully. I've read a past review where someone called them idiots for something I believe was beyond their control, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. They are exceptional in their expertise and customer service! 10 Stars hands down!!!
Worst Customer Service Ever. Made appointment online only to find out from the Idiots at the front desk. They don’t use the online scheduler. After driving and waiting I left there with the same pain I arrived with. Never again, caution
Everyone there is awesome. They are professional and understanding. They really work to get to the root cause of the issue and work to help you fix it.
They are wonderful they have helped me so much and they all treat you like family
Love these guys! they helped me a few years ago with my back and now helped me with my knee before and after surgery. Truly amazing people who actually care here.
Easy check in. Got the laser therapy on back. I will start PT soon. The employees are friendly and made sure I was comfortable.
Therapists really work as a team. Everyone is happy. Two benefits for any organization. This was my third round of PT. Definitely the toughest and most thorough. I looked forward to going. Will miss the Squid (cooling machine).
