Appointment was cancelled day of due to "staff illness" (this is the second time this has happened) and later I received an email stating that I would be charged 50% of the cost of service for missing my appointment. This place needs to get their act together and treat their customers better.

Nice place to get honest and effective tattoo removal service. Stacey and Helaina are very professional. Very accommodating scheduling. They explained what to expect with the service and so far my tattoo removal is progressing exactly on schedule. I would recommend this business.
