I've been working at tbf for 13 years! ! We r all like family! Classes r great and they come free with ur membership! !! You won't find a gym that the people care as much as we do at tbf... i not only work thwre i also workout there too... i have lost 185 lbs and hav kept it off for 10 years!!! come on in and try it out big or small we like um all
