I have purchased at least 4 bottles of the concentrated car soap. I prefer not to mix it in a 5 gallon bucket because it does not sit well so I pour it directly into a foam cannon and use directly. This 4th bottle I purchased back in mid April turned into a thick lotion like consistency a few days ago. I contacted the company and spoke with Marshall. I sent him photos and a video of the product. I also told him how I prefer to pour it into a foam cannon rather than pre-make it in a 5 gallon bucket. He said that that was fine... read more
I purchased it in April of this year, and the product turned into a weird thick consistency.. I reached out, but zero hep.. I was told to just use as is. This consistency doesn't allow me to properly mix the soap in the foam cannon. Buyer beware..
