When I dropped off the car this morning for an oil change and winter tire change over - winter tires they basically gave me (!) because when I was in there previously I'd thought out loud about whether it was worth buying new winter tires for an old car - I didn't ask how much today's work would be, because I trust them to give me a fair deal. How many mechanics can you say that for?
