RecommendedHunter is a great trainer, he logs the kids training progress so the kids can see their improvements. He keeps them in task and motivated.
great place to play basketball. and has just about everything you need for strength and fitness. wonderful place to workout and for league play
it be a great spot for water polo. and what's with trying charge my 5yr old niece $5 just to dribble and shoot skme baskets on a court we made sure wasnt being used and no one needed for Tournament games. leaking roof unsafe court conditions and the bathroom facilities SUCK the entire place SUCKS.
Horrible facility. Went to a basketball tournament there for my daughter and the roof leaked over 2 of the courts. Very unsafe for the athletes to play on. Parking is a nightmare the building is very dirty and only has 2 bathrooms. They ran out of food half way through the day. Lack of organization. I’m not sure why anyone would want to hold an event here. Stay away if at all possible.

Worth it. Most definitely worth it.
Great experience! I put all three of my boys in the lacrosse clinic with Bob Higginbotham as coach. What a great clinic. They have learned so much and are ready to do lacrosse in the fall. Would highly recommend this clinic if you have kids interested in lacrosse or already playing. Bob is really great with the kids and is extremely knowledgeable about the sport!
