As a mental health professional, I’ve seen Anne’s work with my patients and I’ve also taken her class myself. Her classes all provide excellent tools in helping people learn how to manage anxiety. Medication is not the answer. Meds can sometimes help take the edge off, but they won’t “heal” anxiety.
