GE Appliance Repair was amazing. While most home repair services are a headache to schedule, get a quote from, or even contact at all, GE Appliance Repair was incredibly prompt in messaging back (less than 10 minutes! on a holiday weekend, no less!). They emailed the invoice and receipt promptly, stayed in touch throughout the process, and did a great job replacing a moldy gasket on a used washing machine we bought. My dryer stopped working. I wrote to Ray late last night, he wrote back by the time I woke up asking for more info. I called him and he troubleshot the problem and helped me figure a work around of the problem free of charge. He could have scheduled and appointment, overcharged me and I wouldn't have known the difference. Nice to know there are helpful people out there who aren't just interested in making a quick buck. If it ever really breaks, I will definitely call this guy.

We had a GE oven that would no ignite. I asked for a quote, and Ivan replied within minutes and was flexible in scheduling an estimate. Ivan confirmed prior to his arrival, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within a few minutes, he had the repair done, and for a fair price. Ivan was professional and knowledgeable. I will certainly use him again in the future for any small appliance repairs, and recommend him to others I know.

This company is great. They repaired my refrigerator,washer and hood.They only charged me one service call to check three appliances.Idecided to fix only two and they didn't charge me any service fee.Later they discover additional problem with hood didn't change price.Thank you guys!
