Harlan installed our AC unit 8 years ago. Today, during this near 100degree heat wave, we had an issue where the unit stopped working but current was still going into the unit. Called Harlan and described what was going on. He was able to diagnose the issue and point us in the right direction to get it fixed and how much was a fair price. The only reason he wasn’t able to come was because he had a number of work orders ahead of us. Thanks again Harlan. Keep up the great work.
I never post anything like this, but I believe giving credit where it’s due. We had an unexpected issue with our thermostat and furnace during the evening. I called, and even though it was after hours, I still received an answer. Not only that, this gentleman assisted us for free over the phone to troubleshoot and manually use our furnace to keep our house warm until he was able to make it out the following morning.
