Total Air called and scheduled my maintenance according to my plan, I like this proactive approach. Adrian a great and very personable tech arrived and serviced all of my units calling me to look at several areas so that I could be aware of certain potential events. He noted my UV light in the main system was very diminished and should be replaced. I asked them to replace but have to admit sticker shock at the cost. I called for a tune-up for two units and they exceeded any expectation I had. Klajdi Cuberi was my tech and he was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Definitely ask for Klajdi if you appreciate the technical details and professional recommendations on maintaining your HVAC systems.
