Total Air sent me repeated requests for a review after they serviced my air handler. I complied and gave them a poor rating because I felt they constantly try to upsell me for services that I do not need, overcharge me and that this service technician was below average. That is my opinion. I received a call from Pat, the Branch Manager, essentially chastising me for complying with their request to fill out a review and not talking to him first. I had a great experience! From the initial contact to finally getting the system replaced a couple months later.
