I unfortunately met Tama due to my back being out and not being able to move. I’ve been an athlete most of my life and have trained my body hard for the past 2 decades it catches up to you when you don’t allow time for massage and recovery. As an athlete I get a massage once a month as part of my routine. I was introduced to Tama through a mutal friend, and couldn't have been more pleased. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. I was so impressed that I bought my wife and mother both massages. Stop wasting money at Big Box massage places and go to an expert--go see Tama.
Tama is fantastic! I have been feeling with a chronic Achilles tendon issue, where I would consistently be in pain when I walked or ran. Tama’s combination of massage and ART allowed me to complete my half marathon pain-free, even after two full days of walking around the Disney Parks!
