Every time I have been there for myself or I have brought someone in all staff have been very warm and friendly. They are prompt in seeing you. They have been patient with what questions and concerns I may of had. And I know if others who have come to this particular site and are very pleased. I’ve tried other locations way in the past now and was not happy as to how I/ we were received. Superior job to all at the Dougherty ferry/ Big Bend location! Thank you 🙏
Very quick and the staff and Dr. were very friendly and courteous.My Dr. . Was not the day I needed to go in so her office recommended Urgent care. I couldn’t be happier with TAUC their efficiency and thorough exam. The even have medication you can get there. Awesome visit.
