This is a great urgent care, all staff is great and hardly no wait time.
I had an amazing experience here. They staff was very sweet and helped me with xrays and was very careful with my injury. Thank you all so much for helping me.
Very nice and fast got in was treated and got out fast also fills your medication right there great job.
I would highly recommend this Urgent Care Center. I care in this morning with severe chest and respiratory pains with the flu and took care of me right away. They were fast, very kind, very helpful, and professional. The gave me meds to take home Right then with no pharmacy stop on the way home which was nice considering it was about 10 degrees outside. If I have another need for Urgent Care soon I know where I will be going. Two ��.
When my son hurt his foot at trampoline park, I drove to TAUC and was able to get in immediately. Location was brand new, clean, high tech, and great service. Was able to get X-rays on site, as well as boot for his foot. In and out in under and hour. All contact we had from front desk to PA. were top notch - friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again if we ever need to versus the ER.
Other than very under staffed for the season and taking over 3 hrs from time of arrival to checking out the experience was fine. Staff was knowledgeable and kind, and did the best available with flu season and 15 or more patients in waiting at any one given time. Again, just a few more staff members to help the flow and get them to within their 1-2 HR time frame as stated online would be great.
I went to the new location in Ofallon off of main...they were amazing. Hurt my back at work and everyone was super nice and caring!! Highly recommend them!
Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. It was very quick and they went above and beyond expectations and totally took care of me. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting me better. I highly recommend them over other urgent cares I’ve been to.
