Love Total Access. Recently had to bring in my 9 month old. They were super helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to keep us comfortable. I have used them in the past with my two older kiddos and plan to use them in the future as needed!
I went into the Wentzville facility feeling horrible, the staff was quick to act, they were thorough, yet efficient. They all knew exactly what to do, and best of all they managed to balance professionalism with compassion and humor. I am very grateful for the entire staff! Amazing!!! The 1/14/20 evening crew deserves a call from the boss thanking them for their work!

Quick, courteous, polite, pleasant, clean, well lit, smelled great, thorough, and convenient!! Will drive to Total Access Urgent Care if needed in the future vs three that are closer!!
